COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. The majority of our deliveries continue with the same expected timeframes our customers have come to expect. While we have suspended our Delivery Date Guarantee in light of overall Coronavirus uncertainties, we remain committed to providing timely and reliable dates and quality products and services.
Due to the fact some of our vendors are overseas in Asia, The 2021 Lunar New Year may affect our product fulfillment dates and shipment times more than usual, especially during this global pandemic. The Lunar New Year dates change every year because the festival is based on the Chinese lunar calendar. The official Chinese public holiday is likely to last from February 11th to February 17th. In some cases, the holiday period may allow for extended time off for workers. We have been preparing for delays because many factories will shut down in China and other countries celebrating the lunar calendar. The Spring Festival starts on Chinese New Year (February 12th) and ends on the Lantern Festival (February 26th). As many manufacturing facilities close their doors to allow employees to enjoy the festive period, there’s a decreased number of employees, on-site, production times may need to be extended.
